My name is Kate, and I am in my thirties.
When I think about my past, I was always a person, who was not confident and had a lot of health problems. The main reason of it was the fact, that I used to work in office, so it was leading to more sitting lifestyle. I started my journey to achieve a better version of myself around 4 years ago, when my body weight in the worst moment was 94kg.
And it was best decision in my life. Every day I used to feel tired, didn’t have energy to do anything. Now I know everything is possible only you have to believe in yourself and start acting. Join me in my journey and be happier every day.
